Membership at HSBC Place Fitness Centre is exclusive to tenants working within HSBC Place. Access to the Fitness Centre’s amenities and services is free for all tenants – this includes use of the changerooms and amenities, fitness floor, studio space and monthly engagement programs and challenges!

As a member of HSBC Place Fitness, you get access to our online Virtual Fitness Centre - LIVOptimal. Here you can access over 25 Live Classes / Week, over 500 On Demand Videos and participate in virtual programs and challenges!
